Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Mattresses: 3–5 business days
  • Adjustable Bases & Bed Frames: 5–7 business days
  • Pillows & Accessories: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • International destinations
  • P.O. Boxes

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or specialty delivery locations.

Mattress Delivery

VyroSleep mattresses are compressed, rolled, and shipped in compact packaging for easy delivery and setup.

After unboxing:

  • Your mattress will begin expanding immediately
  • Full expansion typically takes 24–72 hours
  • It is safe to sleep on your mattress right away

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.

You may also track your order through your account dashboard on VyroSleep.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few business days, please contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

VyroSleep is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible
