Return & Refund Policy

At VyroSleep, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and stress-free return process.

100-Night Sleep Trial

All VyroSleep mattresses include a 100-night sleep trial beginning on the day your mattress is delivered.

We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return, as your body may need time to adjust to a new sleep surface.

If you decide the mattress is not right for you within the 100-night trial period, contact our support team and we will arrange a return or exchange.

Free Returns

Returns are completely free for eligible products within the continental United States.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will coordinate a pickup
  • No original packaging is required
  • Refunds are processed after pickup confirmation
  • Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank

Returned mattresses may be donated or responsibly recycled whenever possible.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange during your sleep trial for customers who wish to try a different firmness or model.

Our team will help recommend the best option based on your comfort preferences and sleep style.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened pillows
  • Opened bedding or mattress protectors
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized products

Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping upgrades are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary by financial institution
  • Financing refunds are subject to your payment provider’s policies

Warranty Claims

Our return policy is separate from our product warranty coverage.

If you experience a manufacturing defect after your trial period, please review our Warranty Policy or contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
